Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to us nor are we liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us. Therefore, for your protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To facilitate a quick and smooth exchange process, we recommend customers initiate a return for the item they wish to exchange. Once the return is accepted, they can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired new item. Please note that for exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the associated shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued based on the original payment method. To obtain the new item, customers must place a new order through our website
Custom Clearance
It is important to note that the customer is responsible for any customs clearance or duties imposed by their local country when importing the purchased items. It is recommended that customers familiarize themselves with their local customs regulations and be prepared to fulfil any requirements or fees related to customs clearance.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after deducting the initial shipping cost from the total amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
